Another thing is to consider the fact that low ticket memberships are easier to predict income than higher ticket continuity. Every month you have a few leave and a few come. With the higher ticket memberships, you lose revenue in huge chunks and it's a little more unpredictable to determine revenue from them.

I’m excited about this and can easily understand the long-term view of things. Will directions on getting started come along your sequence of emails and/or can we see the series of messages in the back office and use that info to get started? I don’t mind waiting if your message sequence is pertinent to what you’re teaching in this iteration though.

Hi Lou, glad you are exited about this. Everything is being delivered here in mealtime, I just want to put out another couple of pieces on picking niches and some other helpful things then in a couple of days I will start on getting setup. Hope that helps.

Did you test $5 vs $7 and $9? There isn’t much difference between $7 and $9 when it comes to conversion I heard. Dunno about unsubscribing

The $9 price point is too high for a lot of niches, you get a similar number of signups, but as you say attrition is much higher when there is a squeeze in the market or after thanksgiving and Christmas. I only have data for two niches at $9 but the attrition went down to 1.8% from 6% for non holiday periods and down to 2.1% from 9.4% holiday periods. In the $5 niches I have data on the attrition rate stays pretty much flat. I am thinking $7 is the sweet spot but still need more data to confirm and I only know one other person who will share that data apart from myself.
