When I first started writing this article it had a different title and an entirely different purpose. But about halfway through it dawned on me that there might be a better way to do this… let me explain.
The original article was about finding easy to rank for long-tail keywords.
It was about adding other keywords on to the search. So for example instead of solar heater, I might add DIY to the query, or homemade.
Now there are a lot of tools out there to automatically build lists of keywords like this, most of them based on Google Suggest. But I have previously hand-built a list of 70+ that I like to tag on to searches that generally don’t get discovered by those tools.
This article was about sharing that list.
But then I thought about AI.
ChatGPT and Large Language Models, in general, are totally suited to this kind of job, they have consumed vast quantities of information and know what people type before or after certain keywords, and they understand how people write, So I asked ChatGPT to build me a keyword add-on list instead.
I have hand-filtered this list and added a few missing ones I had on my list, and you can access it at the bottom of this document.
But please remember not every add-on keyword is suited to every keyword, but it is a starting point, and over the next couple of articles I will share with you a very useful and free tool that we can use this list with to build great, easy to rank for keyword lists.
As I refine this process I will update this document live.
Dan, you truly over deliver with your content. Thank You.
Can you share your prompt, please? LLM may generate a better list for me, according to the patterns of my language.
